By commissioning me, you've automatically agreed and read the terms below:

Price included commercial rights unless specified so.
All prices are a guide only and may not represent the final price of the commission.
Commissions are all digital goods and files will be sent to you through email or drive link unless stated otherwise.
Additional terms may be applied for different types of commission, Please refer to its corresponding page for additional terms.
Turnaround time can range from less than a week - 3 months depending on the commission type. Additional fees will be charged for rush work.
Queue is according to payment order.
Major adjustments can only be made in the early stages. Once I start on the final, small adjustments can be made but major adjustments will cost extra depending on the complexity.
Do not claim or modify my work. Sale, publication, or reproduction in any manner (non-profit/for profit) is strictly prohibited without my prior express, written consent. Publication also encompasses social media.
I reserve the right to showcase and display the work for portfolio purposes, including, but not limited to, social media platforms, streaming platforms, and non-profit expositions. Details for any time-sensitive release must be provided during the commissioning period. Failure to do so will result in the work being published at any time without the client's consent.

I have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
I reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these terms of service.
In case of disputes, I reserves the right to export communication records (eg. screenshots) between the Client with timestamps. These records will never be shared in a way that would expose the Client, but may be shown to third parties involved in solving the arising dispute.
Refund & Cancellation
There will be no refunds, unless I cannot delivered/ finished the work, then you will get a full refund.
In case of cancellation, if I already started working on the commission, there'll be no refund. If the work hasn't started, the client is eligible for a half refund.
I will inform the client in advance in case of delays/extensions on the finished commission. I'm not obligated to explain the reasoning behind the delay.
Client Obligation
The client is responsible for providing important information and clear description/reference to the artist to the best of their ability. Failing to do so may result in my inability to complete the commission to the client's fullest satisfaction, in which the client will be held responsible.
The client should be responding to me in a timely fashion. I will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the client's negligence of communication.
Absence of communication longer than 6 weeks will be considered canceled with no refund.
Payment
Full payment upfront, unless the price exceed $300, then either full payment or 50% of the payment is required for queue reservation before any further work.
In the event that payment is made in installments, ownership of the commission will only pass from me to the client when the agreed payment is received. Finished commission will only be sent after all payment is paid.
